This latest exhibition and performance event presented by Los Artistas Del Barrio Buffalo will bring awareness to the unending travesties placed upon the island of Puerto Rico and her people. BLACKOUT 6.4 will be an integrated visual and performance art experience that will bring you to the moment in time that changed so many lives.
